She works closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders whose annual turnover exceeds $500,000 per year OR for companies who are seeking to rapidly take their business global.

Through her personal network Victoria has access to unique business growth and funding solutions to rapidly accelerate profits and ultimate business success.

Victoria also hosts her own TV show (NTV Unscripted) on Global Bangladeshi NTV channel 780 SKY TV which has a global viewership and is creator and presenter for the up coming TV show ‘The Victoria Beale Enterprise Accelerator Show’ in partnership with The University Of Leicestershire School Of Business and Sandra Pollock OBE.

The unique events programme encourages new, pre-qualified prospects to engage with the business and the brand, stimulate word-of-mouth, and increase new, pre-qualified customers to the company.

Victoria conceptualize’s bespoke events or lead generation campaigns, which change every 3 – 12 months. This retains interest, creates a full sales and marketing strategy – Victoria and her team manages logistics on the day (whether virtually or live) including the following up of leads afterwards.

Each programme is tailored to the client’s requirements, target audience and budget. Victoria provides an entire supply chain of promotional and production expert partners who work alongside their in-house team to ensure a successful outcome.

During lockdown Victoria created an online, 2 hour networking session for aspirational, global business leaders (this ran for three years!). Victoria was instrumental in persuading other, independent networking organizations, major influencers and trusted partners to join forces once a month promoting one online event together every month and supporting all international attendees with connections and business growth.

In November 2021 Victoria launched her business at the time Business Live Global in Africa on 24th November 2021 in Uganda and live on Ugandan TV; with the Vice President of Uganda announcing that she was planning to join BLG.

In 2022, Victoria was invited to host her own live chat show on NTV Europe – entitled “ NTV Unscripted” and the following year 2023 she was asked to be Royal and Political Correspondent (although her schedule has been so busy she hasn’t yet undertaken a reporting assignment as of yet – she plans to make her debut in 2024!). Also in 2023 Victoria was asked to create a 90 min tv show purely for entrepreneurs or budding entrepreneurs and filming for the first 3 episodes will commence on February 21st 2024 at The University of Leicestershire School of Business.

Sept 2023, Victoria made her speaking debut at The Los Angeles Business Show (Going Global) and then as a panelist in Nov 2023 at The Business Show, EXcel in London.. Victoria is a permanent promotional partner for the Business Shows globally and will be speaking next in Miami – March 2025.

Professional Background

(2010 to 2017 Victoria Co- Founded Business Live LTD and this operated as a professional membership organization attracting over 60 decision makers of SME’s in MK, Leicester and Nottingham every month. Victoria now owns all the data from these events and her company at the time underpinned all the sales and promotion for those events )

Victoria Beale (CEO and Founder) has over 20 years working within the corporate world – starting as a recruitment consultant at 16 years old, then direct sales and last position was Director of a successful recruitment and training business in Milton Keynes, England. Since 2009 Victoria has created and implemented over 3000 high profile corporate, property and health and wellness events, including major exhibitions, conferences and the Business Live business networking lunch club (as above).
